Ordering Procedure

1. Please send us an email to leausey@live.com indicating your order.
2. Kindly include the following information in your email to us.
a) Name
b) Mailing address
c) Contact details
d) Code no. of the items you are ordering and the respective quantities.
3. We shall confirm your order within 1 day through our notice email.
4. Once the order is confirmed, please make payments within 3 days to our POSB savings account or UOB savings account. The details of the accounts shall be sent to you in our notice email.
5. Kindly send us an email once the payment is made.
6. Your order shall be cancelled if we do not receive payment within 3days.


DELIVERY

1. All order shall be delivered by registered mail. (postage inclusive)
2. Delivery shall take between 3-5 days.
